Education Needed
-Must complete a bachelors degree program.
-Earn a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at a medical school.
-Earn at least a Master's Degree


Oncologist

Responsibilities includes talking with patients about symptoms and examining them for signs of disease, discuss treatment options and monitor patient progress during therapy.

Education Needed
-4 year medical school program.
-Additional 3 to 8 years of internship and residency.
-Complete a bachelors degree programs that includes the coursework of biological and chemical sciences.

Skills Needed
-Good communication and leadership abilities
-Compassion and physical stamina

Biochemists study conduct studies and tests to discover new products, improve existing products, and solve problems in areas such as environmental protection and disease prevention. Biochemists may work in industries including research, education or product development.
